We will be celebrating World Book Day next week at STWA and we have lots of exciting things planned. 'Starbooks' is taking centre stage for the week, with crafts, a quiz and a hunt for 'star books'. On World Book Day itself, there will be a book sale in Starbooks Library, with all proceeds going to charity. Bring along your 50p for a book and get a sweet treat and 25 house points too!

As well as this, students in years 7-9 will be completing an exciting book-themed activity booklet through the week.  Completion of the booklet will be rewarded with house points.

This week gives STWA a real opportunity to shine as an academy that truly puts reading at the heart of its vision.  We can't wait to share World Book Week with the students.
